Return Eligibility:
All products are eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. If the product is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued, and the product will not be accepted back.
Return Time Frame:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form provided at the bottom of this page. Our team will get in touch with you to assist with the return process.
Return Shipping:
The return shipping cost will be shared equally between the customer and our business. No shipping label will be provided; please ensure the parcel is properly packed and addressed.
Refund Method:
Most of our parcels are delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD). The same delivery person who brought the product will collect the returned parcel. In the contact form, please provide your bank account details, EasyPaisa, or any other account information where the refund should be sent. Once we receive the returned order, the payment will be promptly transferred to your account.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products purchased during our monthly hot sale are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If the parcel is damaged upon receipt, we will compensate accordingly. If the damage is excessive and clearly due to mishandling, no compensation will be provided, as this would be considered the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Fees:
There are no additional fees, except for the shared delivery charges.
